London, Jul. 26 - Pernod Ricard SA will bid for the owner of Sweden's Absolut vodka should it be put up for sale, the managing director of Pernod Ricard confirmed Thursday.
"There's a lot of rumors and a lot of talk," said Pierre Pringuet at a presentation in London. "But when the process starts," he added, "then we will be there."
