AVEBE and Farbest Brands Agree to End their Distribution Agreement

Foxhol, Netherlands; Montvale, NJ USA, July 27, 2007 – AVEBE and Farbest Brands have evaluated the future distribution needs of the US market for AVEBE products. After examining the changing dynamics of the US food industry, both companies have concluded that a change in their distribution arrangement was necessary.

Therefore, effective August 27th, both parties will bring their distribution arrangement to an end. Both Farbest and AVEBE are committed to working out a smooth transition plan for customers to be completed no later than September 15th.
