German Dairy Firm Muller in Southeast European JV with Coca-Cola Israel

17 August 2007 - Muller-Milch, a milk brand belonging to German dairy group Müller, will soon be establishing a joint venture with Coca-Cola Israel to sell Müller's products in Romania and Bulgaria, reports Germany's business media.

According to the media reports, Coca-Cola Israel will add the Müller-Milch products to its portfolio and start marketing in 2008.

The Müller Group owns subsidiary companies in 4 European countries and has a workforce of 5,340. The group has 5 production sites as well as distribution branches in Spain and Italy. Its dairy products are mainly exported to the Netherlands, Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia and Latvia.
