10 September 2007 - Glanbia plc, the international dairy foods and nutritional ingredients Group, today announced the acquisition of a Canadian based nutritional business, Pizzeys's Milling ('Pizzey's).
Pizzey's, which has gross assets of Euro6.87m (CAN $9.9m), produces and markets nutritional ingredients predominantly derived from flax seed, a primary source of plant based Omega-3 fatty acids.
