Russia: Siberian Agrarian Holding Acquires Chufarovskoye Bread Reception Complex in Veshkaimskoye District of Ulyanovsk region

12 September 2007 - Group of Companies Siberian Agrarian Holding has purchased Chufarovskoye bread reception complex in Veshkaimskoye district of Ulyanovsk region. By now, SAHO grain storage capacities have increased from 305 000 to 342 000 tonnes.

Chufarovskoye HPP has become the first of SAHO enterprises in the European part of Russia with the functions of centralized grain storing. According to the technical passport HPP wheat storage capacity is 37 thousand tonnes. The enterprise has been purchased within the limits of the project for construction of SAHO subsidiary agro holding in Povolzhsky federal okrug.

With HPP purchasing SAHO management included Chufarovo settlement into the project for construction of bread making plants federal chain under the trade mark “Khlebnitsa”. In the nearest future the construction of the bread-baking plant (10 tonnes capacity per day) will begin in the territory of the new enterprise in Ulyanovsk region.
