Kesko Food Has Decided to Continue Developing Kespro's Business

Source: Kesko Food Ltd

Oct. 12 - During the summer, Kesko Food Ltd has been looking into opportunities to dispose of its HoReCa wholesaling subsidiary, Kespro Ltd, and its sourcing operations. Accounts and assessments proved, however, that the price would have remained low considering the sales and profit expectations of Kespro. Therefore Kespro will continue to be developed as an independent subsidiary of Kesko Food.
