Baltimore, Nov. 2 - Baltimore firefighters say they are responding to an explosion reported at the Domino Sugar plant on Key Highway here.
According to a report on Baltimore television station WJZ's Web site, the two-alarm fire in South Baltimore started just before 10 a.m. EDT.
It said Key Highway has been shut down and the building has been evacuated.
Domino Sugar is owned by privately held American Sugar Refining Inc.
