Provexis Agreement with Coca Cola (DJ)

London, Nov. 16 - Provexis said Friday it has signed a 12-month exclusive technology assessment agreement for its patented Fruitflow anti-thrombotic technology with The Coca-Cola Company.

The exclusivity agreement covers all beverages, with the exception of mini-drinks. During the assessment period both parties will carry out a programme of work including consumer testing, commercial assessment and finalising regulatory approval in a range of territories.

Subject to positive results in these areas, the parties intend to proceed to a licensing agreement during the period of exclusivity.

The Company has an existing collaboration agreement with Unilever for certain formats within the food and dairy sectors.
