Nov. 15 - Grupa Sobieski, the Polish alcohol producer and distributor, has acquired Polish privately-held alcohol distributor Redo, reported Puls Biznesu.
The report did not cite sources, and wrote that the value of the transaction was not revealed. Redo has annual turnover of PLN 120m (EUR 32.9m), PB continued.
Grupa Sobieski is planning to acquire more distribution companies, PB wrote referring to Sobieski's management.
Grupa Sobieski, a subsidiary of the listed French alcohol group Belvedere, has annual revenues of PLN 900m. The takeover of Redo will raise Sobieski's revenues by 15%, PB noted.
