This 30% increase is partly attributable to the diversification of Fornetti’s product portfolio, the company explained.

Turnover for 2007 is forecast to reach 28 million euros, against 22.5 million in 2006.

Fornetti plans for 2008 include three million-euro investments in expanding storage capacities, modernising production and increasing shipping capacity. Plans also include the opening of some 130 additional stores in 2008, taking the brand’s franchise network to 800 outlets.
