Olam Completes Acquisition of PT Dharmapala Usaha Sukses

14 December 2007 - Olam International Limited refers to the announcement dated 2 October 2007 made by the Company in connection with the acquisition of 100% equity state in PT Dharmapala Usaha Sukses.

The Company is pleased to announce that the Acquisition was completed. Following the completion of the Acquisition, PT Dharmapala Usaha Sukses becomes a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Far East Agri Pte. Ltd. (a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) and an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

None of the Directors or substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, direct or indirect in the above transaction.
