15 January 2008 - According to local press reports, Finnish bakery company Rosten has acquired Pekan Leipä Oy for an undisclosed sum.
According to the reports, the acquisition will benefit both firms’ customers thanks to a more extensive product range, larger capacity, and improved logistics.
Pekan Leipä Oy’s turnover in 2007 amounted to 6.7 million euro.
Rosten saw its turnover at 10.7 million euro last year.
