Montreal, February 1, 2008 - Canadian Blue Gold Inc. today announced that it has finalized a Merger Agreement with a leader of the North American water bottling industry. Canadian Blue Gold Management indicated that the Merging Company is well established in the water distribution market both in Canada and the United States.
Canadian Blue Gold will disclose further information regarding the transaction upon consent from the respective attorneys and approval by applicable regulatory authorities.
