Rise in UK Consumer Rice Prices Inevitable - Association (DJ)

London, Feb. 12 - U.K. consumers will have to pay more for rice this year, as global demand outpaces production for the sixth season in a row and the economic impact works its way down the supply chain, according to the U.K. Rice Association Monday.
