JSC SYNERGY Declares Having Closed Transactions to Acquire the BELUGA Trademark in a Number of Foreign Countries

Feb. 14 - JSC Synergy, one of the leading and rapidly growing producers of alcoholic products in Russia declares that the company has closed a number of transactions to acquire the BELUGA trademark in such countries as the USA, Ukraine and member states of the European Union.

Thus the company has strengthened significantly the status of its products supplied under the BELUGA brand within the international legal framework and this will enable the company to develop effectively its own export programs.

When commenting on the completion of registering the trademark, Alexandre Mechetn, Chairman of the Board of JSC Synergy, said: “From a strategic point of view, this fact certainly contributes to the investment attractiveness of the company, because from now on all operations relating to the BELUGA brand that is the leader among the brands of JSC Synergy will be protected legally. We shall now be able to expand our exports to various countries of the world which will have a beneficial effect on the general operating activity of the company and on its profits in the long run”.
