Singapore, Feb. 14 - Wilmar International Ltd. Thursday said it has increased its stake in Indonesia's PT Cahaya Kalbar Tbk to 87.02% from 61.71%.
The palm-oil producer said it bought 75.3 million shares of the Indonesia-listed company between Jan. 18 and Feb. 6 for a total of $6.6 million.
Wilmar now owns 258.9 million shares of Cahaya, a producer of ingredients for a range of food products.
