Acquisition of Pepsi-Cola Batavia Bottling Corp by Pepsi Bottling Group to Close by Month's End

19 February 2008 – Pepsi Bottling Group, a subsidiary of beverage giant PepsiCo, Inc. and reportedly the leading Pepsi bottler worldwide, will complete its acquisition of Pepsi-Cola Batavia Bottling Corp. on 29 February, local media report.

Family-owned Loose Ends Food Service Corp. sold the Pepsi bottler for an undisclosed sum.

Pepsi-Cola Batavia Bottling Corp distributes soft drinks in six Western New York counties.
