Fima Group May Raise Share in Croatian Food Group Podravka

5 March 2008 – Investment company Fima, already the biggest shareholder in leading Croatian food producer Podravka, plans to raise its stake in the company from 10.64% to 25%, Croatian media report.

Podravka issued a press release denying any involvement in negotiations with Fima or any other investors.

Podravka’s shares rose 8.48% on the reports.
