Tel Aviv, March 13 - Israeli food maker Osem Investments , which is 53.8 percent owned by Swiss food giant Nestle , said on Thursday its 2007 sales rose 11.2 percent to 2.945 billion shekels .
Organic sales growth, excluding acquisitions, was 6.8 percent in 2007, the company said in a statement to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
The company will report full fourth-quarter results later in March.
