China Sun Bio-chem Invests $3 Million in Tieling Wanshunda Starch Co.

13 March 2008 - China Sun Bio-chem Technology Group Company Ltd has invested $3 million in Tieling Wanshunda Starch Co. through its subsidiary Sky Bright Group Limited, the company has announced.

The investment brings Tieling Wanshunda’s total registered capital to $12 million.

The additional $3 million will be used as working capital by Tieling Wanshunda.

China Sun Bio-chem completed the acquisition of Tieling Wanshunda from Harvest Rich Investment Limited in November 2007, as reported on FLEXNEWS.

China Sun Bio-chem is the leading modified starch manufacturer and one of the top corn starch producers in China. The company produces more than 200 varieties of modified starch products.
