Another Year of Double-Digit Growth for Strauss Group - 2007 Sales Grew by 15.6% Totaling 5.96 NIS Billion; Q4 Sales Increased by 20%

Tel Aviv, March 31, 2008 - Strauss Group's Chairperson, Ofra Strauss, and President & CEO, Erez Vigodman, announced today, upon publication of the 2007 Financial Statement, that the Group continued its double-digit growth, international expansion, and had further improvement in profitability.

Financial Highlights:

• Sales in 2007 are up 15.6%, totaling NIS 5.96 billion.

• Group sales in the fourth quarter are up 20.0%, totaling NIS 1.57 billion.

• Operating profit (pro-forma) in 2007 is up 18.6%, totaling NIS 512.2 million.

• Operating profit (pro-forma)1 in the fourth quarter totaled NIS 111.0 million, a 15.0% growth.

• Net profit (pro-forma) attributed to shareholders in 2007 is up 15.4%, totaling NIS 274.7 million.

• Net profit (pro-forma) 2 in the fourth quarter is up 0.5%, totaling NIS 60 million.
