ConAgra Sticks by Full-Year Earnings Forecast

Chicago, April 11 - ConAgra Foods Inc on Friday stood by its forecast calling for fiscal 2008 earnings per share from continuing operations of $1.80 to $1.85, excluding one-time items.

It also stood by its 2009 forecast of at least $1.55 a share and a projection for at least 4 percent sales increases and earnings per share increases of 8 percent to 10 percent in the near and long terms.
