ADM Announces New U.S. Cocoa Production Facility

18 November 2005 - Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE: ADM) today announced plans to build a new cocoa processing facility located in the mid-Atlantic region of the United States. The Company is in the process of selecting a site. The facility is expected to be operational in mid 2007.

ADM is a global leader in cocoa processing with plants in North and South America, Europe, Asia and Africa.
