Brazil: Danone Leases Guaratingueta Dairy Factory to LAEP Subsidiary So-Nata

LAEP Investments Ltd, through its indirect subsidiary, Só-Nata Indústria e Comércio de Produtos Alimentícios S/A (“Só-Nata”), pursuant to CVM Instruction 358 of January 3, 2002, hereby informs its investors and other capital market participants that, in line with the Company’s strategy of strengthening its presence in the refrigerated dairy products sector, on this date entered into a Leasing Agreement with Purchase Option with Danone Ltda. (“Danone”), involving the leasing by Danone to Só-Nata of a factory in the municipality of Guaratinguetá, in the state of São Paulo, including all the industrial equipment for the manufacture of dairy products contained therein.
