21 April 2008 - Diedrich Coffee Inc. on Monday reported a third-quarter loss of $2.15 million, or 39 cents a share, a swing from net income of $4.35 million, or 79 cents a share, for the prior year's third quarter.
Total costs and expenses were $13.5 million for the third quarter ended March 5, up from $10.1 million a year earlier, the Irvine, Calif., coffee company said in its quarterly report filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Revenue amounted to $11.3 million, an increase from around $8.98 million.
