21 April 2008 - Warburtons, Britain's favourite family baker, is adding to its growing presence in the South East with the opening of a brand new depot in Paddock Wood, Kent. This is Warburtons thirteenth depot and has created over 60 jobs for Paddock Wood and its surrounding area.
The Paddock Wood depot will help Warburtons bakery in Enfield, North London, to distribute its wide range of bakery products, which include Seeded Batch and Farmhouse Loaves, to the region’s local supermarkets.
The new depot has opened to help Warburtons increase its distribution to the population of Kent, Sussex and South London and enable the delivery of freshly baked bread to its consumers in the South East of England.
