InBev: 2008 to Be More Challenging Than Last 3 Years

Brussels, April 29 - The chief executive of InBev, the world's second-largest beer producer by volume, said on Tuesday that 2008 would be more challenging for the company than the previous three years.

Chief Executive Carlos Brito also said a strong year-earlier comparison presented challenges for the first half of this year, especially in terms of volume and EBITDA in the first quarter.

Brito was speaking to shareholders at their annual meeting.
