The Pepsi Bottling Group and PepsiCo Complete Acquisition of Beverage Manufacturing Company in Russia

Somers, N.Y., May 6 - The Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. and PepsiCo, Inc. today announced that, through their PR Beverages Limited joint venture in Russia, they have completed their previously announced acquisition of Sobol-Aqua JSC.

Sobol is a beverage manufacturing company based in Novosibirsk, Russia.
