The Belgian based UNIVEG group of companies, active in 23 countries worldwide, with a total turnover of 2.2 billion EURO and CRENO, a French distributor of fresh produce, governing an annual turnover of 800 million EURO have reached an agreement.

UNIVEG will become a preferred supplier of fresh cut produce and convenience products to CRENO's network in France.

This partnership enables CRENO to increase its service level to its existing distribution network and to expand CRENO's product range offering to its network.
In addition UNIVEG's access to geographically spread production around the world and CRENO's well established distribution network will guarantee continued supply.

CRENO's strong distribution network will enable UNIVEG to further develop this network potential and to increase UNIVEG's market share on the French market.

In addition the "UNICRENO" subsidiary is being developed with the objective to enable future guaranteed supply to the French market.
