Lucerne, 3 June 2008 - Due to the acquisition of Baer AG, Küssnacht am Rigi, the Emmi Group is selling its 35 % stake in the Lactalis Group. The sale to the French cheese producer is subject to the approval of the competition authorities.
Both parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
