Moscow, June 16 - Russia's leading juice producer Lebedyansky said on Monday its shareholders had approved a spin-off of the baby food and mineral water business, the main condition of its $1.4 billion deal with U.S. Pepsi.
Lebedyansky has this year agreed to sell its juice business to PepsiCo and the Pepsi Bottling Group on condition that its mineral water and baby food businesses were spun off and not involved in the deal.
The companies expect to close the deal in September this year.
