Diemen, the Netherlands, June 26, 2008 – CSM's new state-of-the-art Innovation Center in Bingen, Germany has officially been opened on June 26, 2008 with a ceremony attended by many customers and other guests.
The CSM Innovation Center in Bingen is the first of four European Innovation Centers that is celebrating its official opening. It will specialize in bakery ingredients, while the other three Innovation Centers will focus on bakery fats, frozen bakery products and sweet ingredients, reflecting CSM’s ongoing investments in innovation and product development together with its customers.
The CSM Innovation Center for Bakery Ingredients in Bingen will co-locate with marketing, application and development related functions of the well-established MeisterMarken and Ulmer Spatz bakery brands.
