Dover Industries Limited to Acquire Flour Milling Assets off Cereal Foods Canada

Burlington, Ontario, July 10, 2008 - Dover Industries Limited announced today that it has reached a conditional agreement to purchase the Cereal Foods Canada, Inc. flour milling assets in Montreal, Quebec.

The acquisition will assist the attainment of Dover's long-term strategic plan for its Food Products Division.

Dover will retain present management and operational personnel at the mill to ensure current customer service and quality.

Dover Industries Limited operates flour mills in Ontario, Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan, and a paper products division and an ice cream cone and plastics plant in Ontario to serve customers across Canada and the U.S.A.

Cereal Foods Canada, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cereal Food Processors Inc., the fourth-largest flour miller in the United States.

The transaction is expected to be completed on July 31, 2008.
