Rohm & Haas Termination Fee Up to $750 Million

New York, July 14 - Dow Chemical Co's $15.3 billion deal to buy specialty chemical maker Rohm & Haas Co has a fee of $600 million to $750 million if the deal falls through, depending on the circumstance, the company said on Monday.
