Brussels, July 15 - The European Commission on Tuesday suspended its review of Associated British Foods' plan to buy some assets and subsidiaries of GB Ingredients BV of the Netherlands.
The suspension means the Commission, the EU's top competition regulator, has sought missing information. The suspension will end when the parties provide needed materials.
GB Ingredients is a producer of yeast.
