Dover Purchases Montreal Flour Mill

Burlington, Ontario - August 1, 2008 - Dover Industries Limited announced today that it has finalized the purchase of the Cereal Foods Canada, Inc. flour milling assets in Montreal, Quebec.

Dover will retain present management and operational personnel at the mill to ensure current customer service and quality.

Dover Industries Limited operates flour mills in Ontario, Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan, and a paper products division and an ice cream cone and plastics plant in Ontario to serve customers across Canada and the U.S.A.

Cereal Foods Canada, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cereal Food Processors Inc., the fourth-largest flour miller in the United States.
