Cadbury Schweppes Announces Completion of Sale of Europe Beverages

2 February 2006 - Further to its announcement of 21 November 2005, Cadbury Schweppes announces that it has today completed the sale of its Europe Beverages business to a consortium acting on behalf of the funds managed by Blackstone Group International and Lion Capital LLP for Euro1.85 billion (£1.26 billion).
