Synear Food Reports Interim Revenue of RMB1.2 Billion

Singapore, August 6, 2008 – Synear Food Holdings Limited(“Synear” or the “Group”), one of the PRC's leading quick freeze food producers, today reported a net profit of RMB181.6 million on the back of a revenue of RMB1.2 billion for the six months ended June 30, 2008 (“1HFY2008”).
