New Distribution Agreement Between S. Black and DSM Food Specialities

13 August 2008 - S. Black Ltd is delighted to announce its new partnership with DSM Food Specialities. S. Black has been appointed the DSM Food Specialties distributor for Baking Enzymes in UK and Ireland from the 1st of August 2008.

Its high quality products under the Bakezyme® brand include amalyses, hemicellulases, oxidases, (phospho-)lipases and proteases. The range also includes CakeZyme™, a unique technological breakthrough for the cake and pastry industry, and Maxarite™, which enables salt reduction in a range of bakery applications.

Designed for use in a variety of baking applications, CakeZyme™ is a convenient, easy to use, enzyme-based ingredient that offers manufacturers a number of benefits including enhanced product quality, improved nutritional profile, extended shelf-life and reduced overall manufacturing costs. Maxarite™ is a natural taste potentiator extracted from yeast. It delivers strong enhancement and enables the creation of products with a lower salt content.
