Newport Beach, Calif, 25 Aug - NutriPure Beverages, Inc. has announced that it has expanded its business model to include a wider range of business areas in the healthy food / healthy water industries.
NutriPure’s CEO Kenyatto Jones explained, “Within the past ten days we have finalized acquisitions of two wholly-owned subsidiaries, XND Technologies, Inc. and Inka Grill Franchise Systems, both of which we have been working on for some time. Both of these subsidiaries have strong business plans and strong management teams in place, and we are continuing to seek additional possible acquisitions.
"We are very careful in our deliberations and are only considering acquisitions and ventures that fit congruently into our business model, which means that new entities we acquire must complement our existing businesses and must be acquirable mostly or entirely for stock in lieu of cash. We have increased our authorized shares so that we will be in position to move quickly as situations present themselves. We are currently in serious discussions with two potential target companies, and we expect to make an announcement regarding at least one of these projects in the very near future.”
