September 01, 2008 - The European Commission has granted clearance under the EU Merger Regulation to the acquisition of sole control of Bakkersland Groep BV (Bakkersland) of The Netherlands by Parcom Capital BV (Parcom), also of The Netherlands.
Parcom is an investment company. Bakkersland produces and sells bakery products.
The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
