Paris, Sept 15 - French food group Bonduelle said on Monday it was setting up a frozen vegetables joint venture with cooparative Coopagri to create a firm with annual sales of 150,000 tonnes of vegetables and turnover of 160 million euros ($224.2 million).
Bonduelle will have a 37 percent stake. No financial details were disclosed.
