Milk Link Completes Sale Of Staplemead Creamery

24 September - Milk Link has announced that it has completed the sale of its Staplemead Creamery and associated operations to Andros, the French food & dairy products business.

Commenting on the completion, Neil Kennedy, Milk Link’s Chief Executive said, “The sale of Staplemead is a positive development for Milk Link.  It is very much in line with our strategic objective of making more of our Members’ milk by growing our added value processing business and securing greater efficiencies. 

 “In total 213 of our staff working at Staplemead have now transferred to the employment of Andros.  I would like to take this opportunity of thanking them for the hard work and commitment they have shown in working for Milk Link and wish them well for the future.”
