"The sale process is still open and it's generating a lot of interest," a spokesman said. SOS Cuetara announced the sale of its biscuits business in September to help finance its purchase of Italian olive oil brand Bertolli from Unilever for 630 million euros ($865.6 million).

BPI analysts have valued the biscuits unit at 238 million euros.
