Briceland will fully focus on the sale, marketing and production of ice cream and milkshake mixes, allowing it to quickly respond to market developments in this sector. Throughout the year a team of specialised professionals will be ready to support the company in its ice cream and milkshake operations.

Friesland Foods Professional is the operating company of Royal Friesland Foods that concentrates on the production and sale of cream products, butter specialties, ice cream and milkshake mixes, fillings and desserts to bakers, fast-food chains, restaurants and catering companies.

The transfer of the ice cream and milkshake activities will have no effect on employment at the Friesland Foods Professional branches Nuenen and Lummen (Belgium).
