20 November 2008 - French vegetable producer Bonduelle has completed the acquisition of Belgian canned vegetable producer La Corbeille for an undisclosed amount.
Bonduelle announced its plans to acquire La Corbeille in September.
La Corbeille has an annual turnover of 67 million euro and a workforce of 272 across 3 sites (Westmeerbeek, Rijkevorsel and Stabroek, all located in the province of Antwerp).
