"We are not considering acquisition of Oriental Brewery," Lotte Chilsung said in a disclosure to the Korea Exchange.

Sources previously said InBev was planning to put the South Korean beer business up for sale to shed a non-core asset and help finance its purchase of U.S. brewer Anheuser-Busch Cos Inc.

InBev closed the acquisition of Anheuser-Busch this week to become the world's largest brewer.
