Belgium: Lotus Bakeries Completes Takeover of Swedish Company Annas Pepparkakor

26 November 2008 - On 6 November last Lotus Bakeries announced that it had concluded an agreement with Accent Equity, a Swedish private equity fund, to purchase the shares of Swedish company Annas Pepparkakor Holding AB (together with its affiliated enterprises: "Anna's").

As planned, the final closing took place today, with 100% of the shares of Annas Pepparkakor Holding AB transferred to the Lotus Bakeries Group.

Anna’s results will be consolidated into those of the Lotus Bakeries Group from 1 December 2008.
