12 January 2009 - One of the worlds leading manufacturer of flavours and fragrances, International Flavours & Fragrances, has recently announced the appointment of Barentz UK Limited as its official distributor for the UK and Ireland.

Barentz is a leading full-service supplier of industrial raw materials, specializing in the sales, marketing and distribution to the food and non-food industries in Europe. The head office of the Barentz group is situated in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands. Established in 1953, the Barentz group nowadays consists of a network of 18 sales offices, three production facilities and two sourcing offices. Barentz is active in more than 25 countries throughout Europe, and employs over 380 skilled and motivated professionals.

The appointment of Barentz UK Limited further enhances the growing and successful European collaboration between both partners.

Barentz UK Ltd will service the UK and Irish customer base from their facilities based in Trident Business Park in Manchester.
