Milan, Jan 19 - Italian food group Parmalat SpA has no interest in the diary unit of Australia's Goodman Fielder Ltd , a source close to the issue said on Monday.
"There is no interest," the source told Reuters.
La Repubblica said in an unsourced report on Saturday Parmalat had hired investment bank Mediobanca SpA to study a possible bid for the unit.
